Shanghai’s popular Blue Frog brand is expanding internationally to Macau. The Blue Frog bar & grill will open at the Venetian Macau. Blue Frog is a highly successful western-style bar and restaurant originate from Shanghai. Macau's Blue Frog is the first venue outside of Shanghai.

The bar is located strategically located on the main casino level of The Venetian, which opens its doors on August 28, same date as the opening date of Venetian Macau. The stylish 6,500 sq ft, 200 seat venue will offer all-day dining from breakfast, lunch and dinner to afternoon snacks, wines and cocktails.

Blue Frog bar & grill features a western-style menu with predominantly American inspired dishes, gourmet burgers and imported steaks as well as a selection of salads, soups, pastas, appetizers and snacks. The food are all prepared to order from only the finest and freshest ingredients, and served in generous portions.

An Italian espresso bar will serve freshly baked pastries during the day. The bar will transform in the evenings to a dessert and wine bar. This sophisticated, relaxed bar and lounge will offers guests an exhaustive cocktail list and a stylish and inviting scene for business or leisure entertainment.

The blue frog’s signature “hip comfort” will be spectacularly showcased in the new Macau venue with a décor of wood, stone and steel softened with leather furnishing and warmly lit crystal throughout.

藍蛙酒吧餐廳以美國Prime級漢堡扒製作的蒙大拿漢堡包(藍蛙漢堡)作為餐廳的必試招牌菜, 漢堡扒內有洋蔥圈、鮮茄、煙肉以及芝士層層叠, 再配以蔬菜及 BBQ 醬汁, 足有二百克重。
