This project will includes a 55-floor main tower, a 22-floor sailboat-style apartments and a 7-floor rose-style casino. The attached building integrates shopping malls, hotel services, restaurants and bars.

The main tower is used for hotel service and luxury residence, a restaurant and a bar will be locate on the top of the tower. A walking arcade is built between the attached building and the main tower.

8 artificial lotuses designed in bud and each of which are the leisure facilities such as bars, restaurants and teahouses.
