A traditional Italian trattoria – Portofino, is now open at the Venetian Macau. The food are offered in good old-fashioned family-style cooking.

Opening Hours:
Lunch : 11:00 am – 3:00 pm (Monday – Saturday)
Dinner : 6:00 pm – 11:00 pm (Sunday – Thursday) and 6:00 pm – 12:00 midnight (Friday and Saturday)

Crudo
A place for drinks, cold cuts, cheeses and Paninis. Move on upstairs for hot or cold antipasti – steamed mussels, calamari, or a “Chilled Seafood Tower” - Boston lobster, fresh shucked oysters, prawns and mussels served on ice. Chef de Cuisine Daniel Brolese recommends “Portofino Classics” like the Branzino, a sea bass fillet or the Ossobuco, braised veal shank with saffron risotto for the main course. Hundreds of wines innovatively on display around a two-storey elevator inside the restaurant.

這裡供應多款的飲品, 冷切肉拼盤, 芝士, 意式三文治, 冷熱前菜包括蒸青口, 魷魚, 或 「冰鮮海鮮塔」 - 由冰鎮波士頓龍蝦、新鮮生蠔、海蝦、青口砌成。 主菜不妨試一試主廚Daniel Brolese所推介之碧濤意國漁鄉「經典之作」, 例如鱸魚柳, 番紅花牛仔腿肉燴飯等。 餐廳內設有一個創意無限的兩層升降酒窖陳列著數百瓶紅酒以供選擇。
