New Stamps issue - 'Mainland Scenery - Old Town of Lijiang' 澳門郵政以『中國內地景觀二 - 雲南麗江古城』為題發行新郵品 (澳门邮政以『中国内地景观二 - 云南丽江古城』为题发行新邮品)

Following the first series of souvenir sheet “Mainland Scenery” with the landscape of Mount Kangrinboqe issued last year, the second series which display the beautiful landscape of the Old Town of Lijiang will be issued on 7th November, 2008.

Lijiang is situated within Naxi Autonomous County at Yunnam Province in Southwestern past of China. The town is surrounded by mountains, lakes and is one of the National Historical Old City in China.

The design shown on the postmark represents the Sun and the Moon of Dongba hieroglyph, symbolizes the virtuous work carried out by the Nakhi women.

繼去年發行第一輯以岡仁波齊峰為風景圖案的『中國內地景觀』系列小型張後, 澳門郵政局11月７日發行以“雲南麗江古城”為主題《中國內地景觀二》新郵品。 小型張風景圖案是來自中國西南部雲南省麗江納西族自治縣麗江古城的優美景色。 麗江古城是歷史文化名城。 古城依山就水而建。 城紀念郵戳圖案是代表太陽和月亮的東巴象形文字“日”和“月”, 象徵納西族婦女起早貪黑勞作勞動美德。

新郵品包括１枚小型張、１枚小型張首日封、１枚小型張資料單張。
