Jimei Casino Soft Opening Ceremony & 2009 Baccarat Tournament 澳門集美娛樂場開幕 (澳门集美娱乐场开幕)

Jimei Casino, the newest addition to Macau's thriving gambling industry cost over MOP$100 million to build, was officially opened on 17th Jan. Located inside the Mandarin Oriental Hotel, the casino features 48 gaming tables, 100 slot machines and 6 VIP rooms.

To celebrate the opening of Jimei Casino, a baccarat tournament was held. The tournament has a total of $6 million in prizes. Tournament entry fee is $30000 for each participant. A Rolls-Royce will be award to the 1st winner of this tournament.

Jimei Casino was originally named Oriental Casino. The 'Oriental Casino' was closed for renovation since November 2008. The casino open to public again after two months of renovation and is now rename to Jimei Casino.

澳博行政總裁何鴻燊表示, 新開幕的集美娛樂場設計豪華典雅, 配合賓至如歸的服務。 希望娛樂場會令每位客人感到稱心如意, 及將吸引更多貴賓豪客耍樂。

澳博與集美集團同時在娛樂場內舉行百家樂比賽, 送出超過澳門幣600萬元的獎金, 集美娛樂場更向比賽冠軍送出一部勞斯萊斯豪華房車。

集美娛樂場原名為東方娛樂場, 於2008年11月進行內部裝修。 經擴充及裝修后重新開幕, 易名為集美娛樂場。 娛樂場的籌備以及裝修等共花費1億澳門元以上。
