Construction started for Macau Pavilion at Shanghai Expo 2010 - 上海世博會澳門館“玉兔宮燈”動土 (上海世博会澳门馆“玉兔宫灯”动土)

The construction of the Macau Pavilion for the Shanghai Expo 2010 has started on May 8.

The height of the construction of the building to be set at 19.99 meters, representing the year of the return of Macau to China. The building consist of 7 floors, with a land area of approximately 637 sq meters.


2010年上海世博會澳門館, 5月8日‎舉行交地暨動土慶典。 此舉也標誌著澳門參與2010世博會的進程向前跨越了重要一步。

澳門館“玉兔宮燈”位於中國館區, 毗鄰中國館“東方之冠”, 占地約637平方米。 澳門館樓高七層, 展示面積約為1000平方米。 5月8日動土的澳門館主體建築高19.99米, 寓意澳門回歸的年份1999, 其主題為文化交融、和諧體現。
