SJM may "revisit" its Pearl project, according to the company's chief executive officer Ambrose So.

"The Pearl" will be located on the smaller plot of the SJM's two projects at Cotai (opposite to the new Cotai convention and exbibitino center). It comprises of gaming centres, restaurants, spa, hotels, entertainment facilities and service apartments, with 36 VIP gaming tables, 200 mass market tables and 1,000 slot machines.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2010, with total investment of about HK$5 billion ($640 million).

SJM Holdings Ltd (0880.HK) gaming revenue rose an average 5 percent in the first four months of 2009.

「The Pearl」將設於路氹新會議中心的對面。 為會議及展覽的訪客提供便利的博彩, 住宿及娛樂設施。 項目佔約十五萬平方米建築面積, 座落於地盤面積約一萬平方米的用地上。 設施可能包括一間娛樂場及酒店、餐館、一個水療浸浴場、會議室及服務式公寓。

澳博(0880)自今年初至股價已累升逾五成。 今年首4個月的每月平均收入較去年增長5%, 當中無論貴賓廳、中場及角子機業務均有增長。
