Red House Macau

Red House Macau - famous for its walnut shrimps, along wih creamy potato with Portuguese codfish.

Chef Benny, who came to Hong Kong as a japanese chef before working in a five star Macau hotel. Due to his full time job, he can only spend his spare time in this private kitchen. Only one group of guests per night are allowed in his private kitchen - they can choose either Cantonese, Japanese, Italian, French or Portuguese cuisine.
