FTV will launches its Asian Headquarter at Macau Grand Waldo Hotel. The Contract Ceremony was held in Hong Kong at Renaissance Harbour View Hotel on 23rd August 2009. Great China Company Limited - a subsidiary of Hong Kong listed company Get Nice Holdings (0064.hk) and FTV will form a joint venture, to leverage their respective resources and expertise to build the unique “Grand Waldo” brand positioning and endeavor the business opportunities ahead in Asia.

Great China Company Limited and FTV will each contribute resources to develop, upgrade and improve the businesses at Grand Waldo Complex, including but not limited
to production and hosting two events namely “Fashion TV Party” and “Miss
Fashion TV Pageant” at Grand Waldo Complex.

結好集團8月23日與 Fashion TV(FTV) 訂立諒解備忘錄, 結好集團以總代價3,116萬元的股份作價引入FTV進駐旗下位於澳門的金都綜合樓, 完成交易後FTV將持有結好相當於擴大後股本的1%。 結好集團持有上述澳門金都綜合樓50%權益, 該項目未來將斥資2億元作裝修。

FTV將獲委任負責發展、升級及改善澳門金都綜合樓業務, 包括在金都綜合樓舉辦「Fashion TV進駐亞洲派對」及「Miss Fashion TV競選」。 結好業務發展經理甘亮明表示, 公司引入FTV是要銳意將金都發展集演藝、時裝表演、大型專賣店商場等多元化綜合娛樂酒店, 以吸引更多人流前往消費。
