City of Dreams Presents a Perfect Blend of Australian Fine Art and Cuisine at Horizons 新濠天地尚雅坊呈獻完美的澳洲藝術及美饌體驗 (新濠天地尚雅坊呈献完美的澳洲艺术及美馔体验)

Art and cuisine of a distinctly Australian flavor will, this month, be stimulating the senses of visitors to City of Dreams.

Mr. Jason Alcock, Chef de Cuisine of celebrated restaurant JJ’s Bar and Grill at Crown Towers, Melbourne, will be introducing his unique brand of Australian cuisine as special guest chef at Horizons from January 9-16, 2010, creating mouth watering dishes showcasing the very best of Australian-sourced ingredients.

City of Dreams also continues its ongoing art appreciation in 2010, with a selection of works displayed at Horizons, from Australian artist Mrs. Beverley Lay. Her contemporary pieces have been exhibited in both Australia and Canada. Her exhibition combines the use of finely detailed black on white pieces inspired by 16th and 17th century embroidered lace, as well as other beautifully colored images depicting artistic interpretations of various floras. The exhibition will feature at least 9 pieces from her collection entitled “Black on White”, and more artworks from another collection entitled “Flora”, including two large feature pieces in an explosion of colors.

Chef Alcock imports seafood and other fresh ingredients of the highest quality straight from Australia. His culinary style highlights the freshness and quality of the ingredients he uses, allowing their natural flavors and textures to take center stage.

The three-course Australian set menu is available for MOP388. The five-course dinner set menu is priced at MOP$638 or MOP$888 including matching wines with each dinner course. Prices are subject to 10% service charge.


身為澳洲墨爾本皇冠酒店著名餐廳JJ’s Bar and Grill的總廚, Jason Alcock先生將於2010年1月9日至16日期間為新濠天地尚雅坊擔任客席廚師, 以其獨特的澳洲烹調技巧配以澳洲頂級的時令食材為賓客炮製一系列垂涎欲滴的佳餚。

同時, 尚雅坊將會展示一系列由澳洲著名藝術家Beverley Lay女士的藝術作品, 繼續於2010年為新濠天地打造成藝術欣賞的勝地。Beverley Lay 女士的當代藝術品曾經在澳洲與加拿大展出, 是次展出的作品主要是受十六與十七世紀繡花手法啟發的精緻黑白色作品為主, 以及其他採用繽紛奪目以花卉為題的作品。 整個展覽將展示九件「Black and White」系列的作品及少量「Flora」系列的作品為主, 其中包括兩件色彩層次豐富的主要作品。

總廚Alcock選用的新鮮海產及其他頂級時令食材都是直接從澳洲入口。 他的烹飪風格突出了食材的新鮮度和質量, 充分帶出食物的真味及質感。

尚雅坊提供三道佳餚套餐(澳門幣388元)及五道佳餚套餐(澳門幣638元)或以澳門幣888配以精選佳釀。 所有價格需附加百分之十服務費。
