Wynn Macau expects to open the HK$4.7 billion Encore resort in April, which will complement existing operations. Once Encore and the existing facilities are in full operation, the company will have a total 233 VIP table games, 222 mass market table games, about 1,200 slot machines and 11 poker tables.

The company said it plans to build a casino resort with an area of 6.9 million square feet in the Cotai Strip. Wynn Macau has identified a site of about 52 acres and has applied for the right to lease it.

Analysts expect Wynn Macau's market share to grow in 2010, as it is the only casino operator set to expand its presence in Macau.


永利澳門表示，已接近完成興建永利澳門的Encore預期於4月開業。亦是澳門今年唯一開幕的主要賭場及酒店項目。擁有約410間豪華套房和四幢獨立屋、37張貴賓賭檯;24張中場賭檯;及更多的角子機的貴賓房及博彩場地、餐廳和零售空間。 集團相信永利澳門Encore能進一步鞏固永利澳門作為貴賓客戶在澳門的頂級勝地的地位。

Encore開業後，永利澳門的貴賓賭檯總數預期將從約196張增加18.9%至約233張，並擁有222張中場賭檯、約 1,200部角子機及11張撲克賭檯。

此外集團已於路氹物色一幅佔地約52英畝的土地並提交取得該幅土地租賃權的申請，現正等待有關申請的最終批准，而若申請獲批，將可興建一座面積最多約達690萬平方呎的綜合娛樂場及五星級渡假村（當中包括博彩、住宿、餐飲、零售、消閒、觀景區及會議場地）。
