NAAM launches a series of refreshing bento set lunch menus starting from May.
Each bento set lunch holds five dishes including daily soup, entrée, side dishes, main course, all accompanied by a thirst-quenching herbal drink. The Thai Bento Set Lunch, priced at MOP$180, is available from Tuesday to Friday from 12 noon to 2.30 pm
Executive Thai Chef Chatsorn Pratoomma has introduced two signature dishes for the season, “Pomelo Salad with Grilled Prawn”, a traditional Thai salad; and the renowned “Pla Nueng Sa Moon Plai (steamed fish with assorted Thai herbs). Both feature the chef’s secret seasoning and are excellent summertime dishes.
Born and educated in Thailand, Executive Thai Chef Chatsorn Pratoomma (commonly known asChef Sorn) brings to NAAM extensive culinary experience gained from major international hotels and restaurants in Thailand since 1998. Most recently she worked for renowned hotel in Bangkok for six years before joining Grand Lapa, Macau.
