From Monday, May 10 to Monday, May 31, 2010, City of Dreams’ signature restaurants, Lung Hin and Treasure Palace present the perfect blend of summer flavor and authentic Cantonese cuisine – Lychee Feast.

Award-winning chef Tam Kwok-fung, Executive Chinese Chef at City of Dreams creates a marvelous recipe using seasonal fresh lychee to illustrate a refreshing summer savor to capture the appetite of every generation. The menu will feature a selection of mouth watering Lychee Feast dishes including: Lychee and Crab Meat Parcel with Chicken Noodle Salad; Chilled Marinated Pigeon with Lychee; Stir Fried Iberico Pork with Lychee Honey; Curry Roasted Duck with Lychee and Basil; Lychee and Longan tea; Lychee and Osmanthus Crystal cake.
