The Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT) supplies visitors with a great dinner in the 'Macau Slow Food 2010 - Food Heritage of the Macanese'. You can slowly enjoy the fresh, natural ingredients in a comfortable environment and taste unique Macanese food, a fusion of Portuguese and Chinese culinary dishes.

近年流行「慢食文化」，重視在舒適環境下慢慢享用以新鮮、自然食材烹調的美食，成為一種生活態度。旅遊學院推出「澳門慢食文化2010——葡韻美食之旅」，為來賓提供澳門傳統土生菜晚宴。食客在品嚐美食之餘，也能感受土生葡人一代一代留傳下來的獨特文化。旅遊學院位於望廈山，這裡建有望廈炮台，由於望廈炮台軍營曾為駐守澳門的非洲裔葡萄牙軍營，故被俗稱黑鬼山。
