In celebration of the “World Post Day”, Macau Post this year will use the theme of “Celebration” to issue new stamps on 9th October, 2008.

This is the second issue of personalized stamp after the first personalized stamp in the theme of “Love and Blessings” was issued on Mother’s Day in 2005.

One stamp shows a celebration tree made up of different languages in symbolizing the unity of the world, the other shows the emblem of Universal Postal Union.

郵政局發行今年第九套郵品, 為慶祝「世界郵政日」, 澳門郵政特別於2008年10月9日以『慶賀』為題發行新郵品, 藉此慶祝這別具意義的日子

是次發行新郵品還包括發行同樣以『慶賀』題材的個性化郵票, 這是澳門郵政發行第二套的個性化郵票，首套發行於2005年母親節當天, 以『愛與祝願』為郵票題材。

郵票的圖案及資料單張的文本均由郵政局設計及編寫。

郵品包括
一套兩枚郵票
第一枚以慶賀的各國語言, 設計出一棵象徵全球團結的慶賀樹。
第二枚郵票則以「萬國郵政聯盟」標誌為圖案。
