Wynn Macau launched the Wynn Chefs’ Series 永利澳門高級美饌精髓 - “永利名廚集” (永利澳门高级美馔精髓 - “永利名厨集”)

A special chef promotions - 'The Wynn Chefs’ Series', will soon be launch at the Wynn Macau. This will provide a great opportunity for guests to access Wynn Macau’s top chefs.

Starting from this August, the chefs at Wynn Macau each month will showcase their skills and offer guests a wide range of delicacies reflect their own cooking styles. The promotion will go on over the next six months. Six of Wynn Macau’s top chefs from North America, Asia and Europe will showcase their culinary skills, preparing the exciting selection of delicacies using high-end ingredients from around the world. These top chefs at Wynn Macau have been worked and trained in some of the best restaurants over the world in the past.

Wynn Chefs’ Series includes:
- Luc Capus, Executive Pastry Chef
- Peter Chan, Executive Chef - Wing Lei Chinese restaurant
- Hirofumi Imamura, Chef de Cuisine – Okada Japanese Restaurant
- Anthony Alaimo, Chef de Cuisine - il Teatro Italian restaurant
- Leung Wai Mun, Chef de Cuisine - Red 8
- Peter Find, Director - Culinary Operations

“永利名廚集”由8月至明年1月, 以6名星光熠熠的名廚陣容每月輪流登場, 名廚分別來自北美、亞洲及歐洲, 為食家搜羅世界各地最上乘, 最地道的佳肴美饌。 永利澳門的星級廚師均曾任職於世界上最頂級的食府, 或是師承世界一流的廚藝大師。

六位永利澳門的星級廚師包括:
- 餅房行政總廚Luc Capus
- 永利軒行政總廚陳偉強
- 岡田日式料理高級主廚今村祐史
- 帝雅廷意大利餐廳高級主廚Anthony Alaimo
- 紅8粥麵高級主廚梁偉民
- 廚務營運總監Peter Find

甜品盛宴
永利澳門餅房行政總廚Luc Capus呈獻一系列風味甜點, 包括日式及意大利甜點、朱古力主題專櫃、優質雪葩, 以及供賓客免費品嚐不同種類的朱古力。
