The new Aurora Italian Chef, Michele Dell’Aquila has recently launched a new menu at Aurora. Prior to joining Altira, Michele gained a wealth of experience and expertise in many of the most prestigious Michelin star restaurants in Italy and Spain. He is also famous for modifying ingredients with contemporary presentation and innovative twists to deliver unique dishes.

In Michele's new menu, guests will have a choice to choose for a Continental Breakfast or an American Breakfast. For lunch, there are choices with two course set menu or three course set menu. Chef Michele will offers guests a truly spectacular evening meal with the choice of either his 6 Course Monthly Discovery Menu with optional wine pairing at MOP $680 (Subject to 10% service charge) or your personal selection from Aurora's à la carte menu at MOP $980 (Subject to 10% service charge).
