A culinary delicacy and one of many French chef’s favorite seasonal delights, the Porcini mushroom is a versatile, gourmet ingredient newly featured in its own special menu at our French signature restaurant Aux Beaux Arts.

Porcini Menu
- Thin porcini mushroom tart, pan seared foie gras, chicken jus and nutty butter, light comfit garlic
- Creamy porcini mushroom soup topped with thin slices of smoked duck breast, bread crouton with porcini flakes
- Roasted line caught French sea bass fillet encrusted with truffle porcini mushroom
- Pan-fried half French pigeon with red wine sauce, porcini mushroom and confit shallot
- Rosemary marinated porcini mushroom served warm with goat cheese sherbet and lemon zest /or your choice of a dessert from the à la carte menu
