Wynn Chef Series will continue with the 'Six Styles of Lobsters' menu, designed by Executive Peter Chan at Wing Lei Chinese Restaurant. The menu incorporates traditional Chinese cooking techniques into a series of exquisite dishes. Price starting from MOP$288 per dish.

踏入9月, 永利軒行政總廚陳偉強師傅精心設計龍蝦六道菜盛宴: 包括永利龍蝦炒滑蛋、蒜香龍蝦蒸勝瓜、醬皇龍蝦燴茄子、金瑤龍蝦鬆窩頭、潮式龍蝦湯泡飯、威士忌龍蝦湯麵。 陳偉強師傅精有超過30年的餐飲經驗, 自小隨叔父學習廚藝, 後任職於台灣君悅大飯店、台灣台中晶華酒店、Evergreen Laurel Hotel、Ocean City Restaurant及Good World Restaurant等, 中菜水平不容置疑。
