Châteaux owner and Chef de Cuisine of Crown Towers offering a 7 course menu at Horizons - Château Léoville Poyferré酒莊莊主及皇冠度假酒店總廚合作推出七道菜色套餐

Châteaux owner Mr. Olivier Cuvelier of Château Léoville Poyferré and Mr. Samuel Lim - Chef de Cuisine, Crown Towers at City of Dreams, are offering a 7 course menu at Horizons for MOP$1,188 matched with exclusive Léoville Poyferré wines and a bottle of Le Crock 2005 signed by Mr. Cuvelier.

A 3-course lunch set is also available for only MOP$198 including a glass of Moulin Riche 2004.

The Horizons promotion will run from October 22 until November 8, 2009.

* Amuse Bouche of the Moment

* Pheasant Confit with Goose Liver Terrine, Mission fig confit, porto jelly, ginger bread crisp and smoked ‘fler de sel’
* Le Crock 2003 - a faultlessly consistent bourgeois wine, which takes full advantage of all the potential the terroir offers. Combining the best of traditional and modern techniques, the wine is has a remarkably full body, yet nevertheless extremely fruity

* Poached Venison Ravioli with Celeriac Velouté Tapenade toast and olive foam
* Moulin Riche 2006 - second wine of Château Léoville Poyferré Deep crimson purple, dense and silky with notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, smoke and spiced plums. Smooth, round, classic…

* Mallard Duck Roasted with Butter and Herbs Sautéd Swiss chard, pumpkin smoothie, micro greens and poultry jus
* Leoville-Poyferre 2001 - the ripe fruits are well accentuated by nuances of graphite, coffee, stalk, some iodine and vanilla oak. Medium long minerally finish. Still young but very attractive.

* Cassis Sherbet

* Wild Hare Saddle with Bone Marrow Fricassee Wild mushroom ragout, pomme fondant and truffle jus
* Leoville-Poyferre 1996 - a dark red-purple wine. There are aromas of dense, sweet blackcurrant fruit, cherries and minerals on the nose. The palate offers plenty of sweetness and a full, rounded texture. There's a nice weight, lots of fruit and ripe tannins in the finish. Good acidity.

* Beurre Bosc Pear Tartin Benedictine chocolate crémeux, vanilla orange coulis and cinnamon foam

* Martell Fine Cognac

另一款共三道菜色的午宴, 配上一杯LéovilleMoulin Riche 2004 葡萄酒, 價錢僅為澳門幣198元。
