Robuchon a Galera ranks third in Asia Dining List 'Miele Guide" - Miele亞洲20佳澳門法國餐廳Robuchon a Galera佔第3位 (Miele亚洲20佳澳门法国餐厅Robuchon a Galera占第3位)

The 2009/2010 edition of The Miele Guide was officially launched on 30 September 2009 at Singapore. This edition delivered its second rankings of Asia’s 20 best restaurants and the staggering 450 restaurants that made into this year’s guide were revealed, based on four rounds of judging and involves journalists, food writers, professionals in the industry and members of the public. Macau's "Robuchon a Galera", belongs to Parisian chef Joel Robuchon who named the chef of the 20th century, ranked third this year on the list.

頂級美食指南的《The Miele Guide》剛選出亞洲二十大最佳餐廳, 澳門有1間餐廳入選, 以法國菜馳名的Robuchon a Galera佔第3位。

這二十間餐廳的名次經過四輪評選產生, 評選者包括當地本土食評家, 務求更能反映亞洲人口味。 除了食物質素、餐廳環境等因素外, 亞洲人口味也是評選的重要考慮。

飲食指南《The Miele Guide》2008年由德國廚房品牌Miele創辦。 本年度的指南中介紹了亞洲十八個國家和地區共四百五十間優秀食肆。
