Beer, Wine & Seafood Festival at the International Cultural Food Festival 2009 澳門漁人碼頭國際文化美食節 - 啤酒、紅酒及海鮮美食節 (澳门渔人码头国际文化美食节 - 啤酒、红酒及海鲜美食节)

Macau Fisherman’s Wharf is going to bring you the 2nd phrase of 'International Cultural Food Festival 2009 - Beer, Wine & Seafood Festival', feast spotlighting on beer and wine cultures, from November 13 -22, 2009 at 16:00 to 22:00. The festival will features series of decent beers and wines from all over the world, fresh seafood from Australia and New Zealand, and various delicious cuisine.

Wine Taste Dinner and Seminar, presented by renowned chefs Mr. Tony Bullot and Mr. Patrick Périé, has been arranged on November 13, 14 and 19, 2009 at Vic’s Café in Rocks Hotel. It is a great opportunity for sovouring fine delicacies with quality wines, as well as receiving the guest chefs’ experience sharing. A variety of vintages from Portugal, German, China, Hong Kong and Macau will be showcased at Campo Maior (Lisbon II) on November 13-15th and 20-22th 2009, 18:00 – 21:00.


澳門漁人碼頭將於2009年11月13至22日, 每日下午4時至晚上10時送上 “國際文化美食節 - 啤酒、紅酒及海鮮美食節”。 美食節准備了源自世界各地之香醇佳釀、來自澳洲及紐西蘭之鮮味海鮮, 以及本地酒商及海鮮供應商各式美食佳肴。

2009年11月13、14及19日舉行的“品酒晚宴及研討會”, 澳門漁人碼頭將邀請了來自法國、澳洲及紐西蘭的名廚Tony Bullot先生與Patrick Périé先生親臨萊斯酒店怡景餐廳。 屆時三位名廚將炮制多道佳肴並配以各式美酒, 賓客可於高雅的酒店餐廳內, 一邊品嘗美饌、一邊淺嘗佳釀,享受美酒佳肴的完美配搭。 在場人士亦可於研討會期間相互交流, 並有專家與您分享品酒心得。

“啤酒、紅酒及海鮮美食節” 舉行期間, 漁人碼頭葡萄牙館將變身成酒窖, 展示來自世界各地釀酒商的頂級葡萄酒供客人挑選。 這不僅提供產自澳洲、法國、意大利、紐西蘭及葡萄牙之葡萄酒,讓大眾能親嘗不同國家出品之獨特口味, 還能為收藏家提供物色心儀佳釀的好地方。
