SmarTone to invest MOP100 million to build an advanced 3G network 數碼通將投資1億元於澳門建設3G網絡 (数码通将投资1亿元於澳门建设3G网络)

Hong Kong's SmarTone has announced the company will invest MOP100 million to build an advanced 3G network and to provide a wide range of 3G services. It will enable the company to introduce more effective competition in the market, by offering unique 3G multimedia services which are more compelling than those currently available.

The telecom company has been awarded a 3G licence on September.

香港流動通訊服務公司數碼通較早前取得澳門3G牌照, 公司執行董事陳啟龍於股東大會後表示, 該公司會投資1億元建設3G網絡, 並稱數碼通今年的資本性開支為5-6億元, 而當中亦包括投資澳門的1億元網絡建設。
