This November, Ristorante il Teatro is showcasing the world's most sought after ingredient – white Alba truffle.

Chef Anthony Alaimo has created a series of à la carte dishes featuring this wonderful delicacy.

- il Teatro truffle variation - truffle studded quail egg, fontina tart and truffle potato cappuccino (MOP $168)
- Poached farm fresh egg over crispy polenta and pancetta paper (MOP $128)
- Homemade Tagliatelle, Parmesean and Martini Bianco cream (MOP $124)
- Champagne and asparagus risotto with teleggio cheese (MOP $148)
- Vanilla panna cotta with truffle honey (MOP $118)

All price are subjected to 10% service charge
