Google are doing their best to cover as much of the World as possible with their Google Maps Street View, and now they have added Macau to their covered areas.

The service allows users to experience 360-degree street-level views and more map and street imagery through real photographs. Users can drag the orange Pegman in the upper-left corner of the map to the desired street location to access the Street View image, zoom or expand pictures and even move forward, backward or drag the Street View button to the location they would like to see.

Google Maps already provides Street View services in over 200 cities around the world.


Google推出澳門地圖街景服務, 用戶只要接上互聯網, 就可以從地圖中看到澳門兩地的街頭實景。

Google近年在全球各地展開實景地圖拍攝, 先後在美、英、日等地推出地圖街景功能, 有關功能昨擴大至澳門, 用家可透過街景功能以第一身全方位角度觀察澳門各條主要街道環境, 解像度極高, 連路上行人及車中乘客面容亦清晰可辨。 用家只要進入地圖街景服務, 用滑鼠將縮放比例上的黃色小人拉到地圖上藍色的位置, 就能進入實景街景地圖。 移動滑鼠或左上方導航按鈕便可360°探索及搜尋街道實景, 畫面可放大及縮小, 甚至自由前進、后退或拖曳街景服務按鈕到需要預覽的地方。

MacauMap iPhone version 電子導遊服務 - 『掌中澳』 (电子导遊服务 - 『掌中澳』)

The University of Macau (UM) in cooperation with the MGTO to launch the latest version of MacauMap™ software - a hand-held digital tourist map application which displays the map of Macau, including a tourist spot guide, a hotel and a restaurant guide, searching function which can be used to find the shortest route between two bus stops, and a GPS function to indicate a tourist’s location on the map.

The program is now available at the Macau Government Tourist Office (MGTO) website for free downloads, it has been downloaded for more than 1,300 times by far by mobile phone users.

The goal for develop MacauMap was to allow more people to use the application so as to give more convenience to tourists and enhance Macau’s image as a “tourist city”.


為了讓旅客輕輕鬆鬆遊澳門, 澳門旅遊局推出了電子導遊服務 - 『掌中澳』。 旅客只需帶備掌上電腦或智能手機就可以登入 www.macautourism.gov.mo 免費下載。 除了可以查看一般的街道地圖資料, 還可以快速查詢各個觀光景點的位置, 甚至還有觀光景點的歷史導遊介紹, 並且還能利用這個小工具來查詢公車路線。

『掌中澳』提供之澳門資訊包括了1211條街道, 41間酒店(3-5)星、超過200間餐廳、百多個觀光點及各巴士路線資料, 旅客只需輸入相關詞語便可以查詢有關資料。 配合GPS全球定位系統裝置, 『掌中澳』更可即時顯示所有位置。

Parishes

There are seven parishes (sing. freguesia) in Macau. 5 are in Concelho de Macau and 2 in Concelho das Ilhas. These parishes are still officially recognized after 1999 but for symbolic reasons only.

Municipality of Macau:

* Our Lady of Fatima Parish (Freguesia de Nossa Senhora de Fátima, 花地瑪堂區)
* St. Anthony Parish (Freguesia de Santo António, 聖安多尼堂區 or 花王堂區)
* St. Lazarus Parish (Freguesia de São Lazaro, 望德堂區)
* Cathedral Parish (Freguesia da Sé, 大堂區)
* St. Lawrence Parish (Freguesia de São Lourenço, 風順堂區 or 聖老愣佐堂區)

Municipality of the Islands

* Our Lady of Carmel Parish (Freguesia de Nossa Senhora do Carmo, 嘉模堂區), coterminous with the island of Taipa
* St. Francis Xavier's Parish (Freguesia de São Francisco Xavier, 聖方濟各堂區), coterminous with the island of Coloane

The reclaimed land of Cotai between the islands of Taipa and Coloane had not been assigned to any of the parishes as of 2005.

澳門現有七個堂區, 每一個澳門堂區(行政區劃單位)以其代表性的教堂作為堂區名稱。七個堂區分別是：

1) 澳門半島
* 花地瑪堂區（俗稱北區，包括青州、台山、黑沙環、筷子基和水塘）
* 聖安多尼堂區（花王堂區，在澳門西部，包括新橋和沙梨頭；著名的大三巴牌坊一帶也屬本堂區之內）
* 大堂區（中區、新馬路以北部分、南灣、水坑尾、整個新口岸填海地段、東至新口岸港澳碼頭，整條環島公路至媽閣南端，包括澳門旅遊塔和立法會）
* 望德堂區（包括荷蘭園、東望洋山、塔石一帶）
* 風順堂區（亦稱聖老愣佐堂區，包括八十年代未進行南灣湖填海的整個媽閣半島，包括媽閣山、西望洋山、新馬路以南部分）

2) 澳門離島
* 嘉模堂區（包括氹仔和澳門國際機場）
* 聖方濟各堂區（路環）

澳門籌劃大型填海造地工程包括
A區 黑沙環明珠
B區 新口岸孫逸仙大馬路
C區 氹仔海洋花園以北
D區 氹仔前海洋世界以北
E區 氹仔北安

未來新城區規劃中的填海面積約398公頃，其中澳門半島東北區約佔105公頃、新口岸孫逸仙大馬路以南約13公頃、氹仔以北（分為三區）約280公頃及原路氹新城約470公頃, 計劃多建3條海底隧道 - (1) 原嘉樂庇總督大橋兩邊各建一條單向雙線海底隧道, (2) 友誼大馬路 - 孫逸仙大馬路建一條雙向三線海底隧道
