星際酒店日前邀得新加坡星級法國菜大師郭文秀，與星際專業餐飲團隊合力炮製的極品美餚，以充滿特色的五道精緻佳餚帶領一衆賓客，在星際經歷一次前所未有的餐飲之旅。

為展現星際優越的餐飲服務及答謝賓客從不間斷的支持，星際特別邀請了譽滿全球的新加坡星級法國菜大師郭文秀親臨，於5月21日及22日在宴會大禮堂舉行“星際貴賓御廚晚宴”，以充滿特色的五道精緻佳餚款待貴賓。

mezza9 Macau is the international eatery at the Grand Hyatt Macau at City of Dreams.

Inspired by its award-winning namesake mezza9 Singapore at Grand Hyatt Singapore, mezza9 Macau offers nine different wining and dining experiences under one roof: Macanese; grill; sushi and sashimi; wok; delicatessen; steam basket; patisserie; bar and wine cellar.

Other than in the main restaurant, guests can also choose to dine on the outdoor terrace; in one of four semi-private, Japanese wood-lined booths; or in one of three 10- to 12-seater private rooms. One of the private rooms is housed within a ‘wine cellar’, complete with vaulted brick-lined ceiling, wooden barrels and a lounge area for pre and post dinner drinks.

Vinum Fine Wine Merchants opens a new branch in Macau

Vinum Fine Wine Merchants from Singapore, is expanding aggressively into the region with a new branch in Macau open recently at the Four Seasons Shoppes.

It was attractive for the company to open a branch in Macau, with the wine tax rate of only 15 per cent and potential offered by a unique casino retail environment with a steady stream of wealthy mainland clients.

'Opening in Macau seemed like a good bet, pardon the pun,' says Mr Tay. After Hong Kong abolished wine taxes in February this year.' Vinum's executive director Jason Tay said. Vinum was excited about operating in a market with a high level of wine appreciation and collection.

Vinum Fine Wine Merchants was started in November 1995, a year after Les Amis opened.

Macau and Singapore issue joint stamps for the first time 澳門聯合新加坡發行《地道美食》郵票 (澳门联合新加坡发行《地道美食》邮票)

Singapore Post and Macau Post issued joint stamps for the first time here on the 4th July. The stamps will be sell at the Singapore Food Festival, and in Macau on the same day on 4th July.

The stamps featured popular dishes from both Singapore and Macau. It came out in four stamps in MOP $1.5 and 4 stamps in MOP $3.5, where each stamp depict a famous dish of either Singapore or Macau. A miniature sheet showing Macau's clay pot rice and Singapore's chilli crab.

The stamps featured Macanese food including crispy fried chicken, Yangzhou fried rice, Carne de Porco a Alentejana (meat stew) and grilled codfish slices, with Singapore's famous dishes including Hainanese chicken rice, laksa, roti prata and satay.

澳門郵政7月4日下午3點在澳門陸軍俱樂部第一次聯合新加坡郵政, 一起發行一套以“地道美食”為題材新郵品。 這套郵品會在新加坡美食節期間在新加坡郵政櫃台發售。 郵票一套八枚 (郵票面值1.50元4枚、3.50元4枚。同時推出小型張1枚，小型張內含面值5元2枚) 售價澳門幣二十元, 連郵票首日封售價澳門幣二十四元五角, 連小型張首日封售價澳門幣十四元五角, 連郵票資料單張售價澳門幣二十五元及連小型張資料單張售價澳門幣十五元。

郵票展示了澳門地道菜肴「揚州炒飯」、「炸子雞」、「葡式燴豬肉」和「馬介休」, 新加坡美食「海南雞飯」、「叻沙」、「印度煎餅」和「沙爹」, 小型張上兩枚郵票美食分別為澳門的「煲仔飯」和新加坡的「辣椒螃蟹」。

Jetstar new flight from Macau to Singapore 澳門捷星亞洲航空新加坡航班2月2日首航 (澳门捷星亚洲航空新加坡航班2月2日首航)

今年首家新加入澳門的航空公司 - 捷星亞洲航空，于2日正式開通來往新加坡和澳門的航班，使澳門國際機場來往增加到15家航空公司25條航線。新加坡佔去年來澳客量的第9位，比2006年 同 期增長50%，這代表旅客對往來新加坡和澳門航線的需求龐大增長。
