To celebrate this year Wine and Gourmet Asia Macau, Crown Macau invite a Three Michelin starred guest chef - Jean Michel Lorain from the famous restaurant La Côte Saint Jacques in France.

The Three Michelin Star wine dinner will host on 6 November. The dinner will feature a winery representative. Guests will enjoy a selection of 6 – 8 vintages from some of the most premium wines alongside with three-Michelin-starred Jean Michel Lorain’s cuisine.

Masterchef Lorain has received numerous honours throughout his career in recognition of his expertise in terms of fine cuisine. French restaurant guide Gault-Millau proclaimed him Chef of the Year in 1993 and awarding his cuisine the highest mark of 19.5.

澳門皇冠今年再接再厲, 將於2008年亞洲美食佳釀展再次呈獻極至餐饗體驗。

由11月5日至8日期間,澳門皇冠將特別誠邀享負盛名的法國餐廳La Côte Saint Jacques米芝蓮三星名廚Jean-Michel Lorain親臨澳門皇冠獻技。

澳門皇冠將於11月6日, 推出米芝蓮三星級佳釀夜宴。 夜宴將邀請法國著名釀酒廠代表蒞臨, 為賓客推介6至8種最頂級佳釀, 並配合源自法國布根地的頂級美酒Bouchard Père et Fils。 讓賓客品嘗美饌之餘並同時陶醉於美酒之中。

Jean-Michel Lorain憑其烹調高級佳餚精湛技藝屢獲殊榮, 1993年Jean-Michel Lorain以最高分數獲法國權威美食評鑑Gault Millau選為年度最佳廚師, 當時其廚藝獲評為19.5分。
