Macau lights up for Christmas‎ 澳門2009聖誕及新年節日亮燈 (澳门2009圣诞及新年节日亮灯)

The Macau Government hold its annual Christmas Lighting Ceremony again this year at the center of Senado Square, to celebrate the coming Christmas and New Year.

The Christmas lights and decorations are expected to remain until mid Jan next year. Major streets in Macau will bright with Christmas lights and decorations. Visitors can see the spectacular Christmas lights and decorations in all over Macau, Taipa and Coloane in all 52 different locations.


民政總署為迎接聖誕及新年的來臨, 在議事亭前地舉行聖誕及新年節日亮燈儀式。 璀燦的燈飾，增添了喜樂的氣氛。 亮燈期將於下月九日至明年一月中旬。 今年燈飾於全城52處布置, 分別為澳門區38處、氹仔仔區11處及路環區3處。 當中在議事亭前地、玫瑰堂與民政總署大樓間的步行區, 佈置了白色流星雨天幕閃燈, 在噴水池旁將聳立一座直徑七點五米、高十二米, 佈滿節日飾物的大型聖誕樹, 還有會擺動的聖誕老人與馴鹿。

民政總署今年在本澳各主要街道、廣場、公園、休憩區及圓形地等地點佈置燈飾及彩旗, 在主要街道及燈柱間懸掛冰條燈、LED米仔碎燈、聖誕茜草閃燈、星形燈牌。 燈飾包括富有聖誕氣氛的聖誕紮作燈飾及聖誕樹、電動聖誕老人、馴鹿及禮物等紮作燈飾共十五座。
