Italian Festival at Macau Tower - White truffles and Race Car Exhibitions 澳門意大利節 - 白松露菌展 科技跑車展 (澳门意大利节 - 白松露菌展及科技跑車展)

The "Italian Festival" is an annual campaign celebrating the National Day of Italy. This year for the first time, the campaign is extending to Macau with a series of white truffle promotion campaigns. River Walk Eatery and Lua Azul at Macau Tower will feature white truffle tasting menus, prepared by guest chef from Italy - The chef of the Michelin 3 stars Troisgros restaurant Mr.Fabrizio Ferrara.

On 16th October, a photography exhibition was held at Macau Tower by famous photographer Marcus Olenius. The exhibition displays how truffle hunting has evolved over the generations and uncovering the mysterious of white truffle hunt.

This November the exhibition theme is 'November Rush - Avante Garde Race Car Exhibition', the event will showcases Italian automobile titans Ferrari, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat and Lamborghini, along with an Italian helicopters and leisure boats photo exhibition.

為慶祝意大利國慶以及配合首次移師澳門的意大利節, 澳門旅遊塔以白松露為主題, 於10月推出一系列推廣活動, 並更專誠邀得主理著名米芝蓮三星餐廳Troigros名廚Mr.Fabrizio Ferrara來澳門, 為旅遊塔旗下河畔坊西餐廳及南湖明月中菜廳創制一系列新穎白松露中意美食, 讓食客品嘗此頂級佳餚。

澳門旅遊塔於10月16日6時半, 舉行白松露攝影展-“關於白松露的一切”揭幕儀式, 讓參觀者能夠全方位了解這顆餐桌“鑽石”。 攝影展覽包括介紹白松露背景資料及紀錄名攝影師Marcus Oleniuk鏡頭下的白松露搜獵過程。

意大利節從9月至12月在澳門旅遊塔舉行, 每月均有不同主題。

意大利節11月主題 - 「前衛11月——頂尖科技跑車展」, 海陸空三方面展示意大利的頂尖科技包括展示Ferrari、Maserati、Alfa Romeo、Fiat和Lamborghini等意大利名車、意大利直昇機及遊艇資訊展覽。
