One Central Mall to open on September, 2009 澳門壹號廣場明年9月開業 (澳门壹号广场明年9月开业)

Shun Tak Holdings Limited and Hong Kong Land Limited announced the retail portion of their joint venture project - One Central, is progressing on schedule and set to open its doors for business on September 2009.

Spanning an area of over 40000 sq metres along the Nam Van Lake waterfront, the new retail area will direct links to MGM Grand Macau. The shopping center will offer a full panoramic view of the Nam Van Lake and Macau Tower from the shops.

Major brands committed to One Central include some of the most fashionable icons like Burberry, Bulgari, Cartier, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Ermenegildo Zegna, Fendi, Hermès, Gucci, Louis Vuitton. These brands are making substantial investments in either creating their flagship stores, first or largest store in Macau.

信德集團與香港置地集團合作發展的澳門高級購物中心 - 壹號廣場, 零售商場工程進度理想, 預計可於2009年9月開幕。

信德集團董事總經理何超瓊表示, 壹號廣場共有20萬平方呎商場樓面, 於壹號廣場承租的樓面大部分為國際著名品牌。 部分品牌更建立進駐澳門的首個據點, 或推出品牌於澳門的最大零售店。 多家國際品牌與壹號廣場簽約反映市場睇好澳門未來零售市道發展。

何超瓊表示, 壹號廣場將參考香港置地廣場形式引入國際知名品牌如Burberry, Bulgari, Cartier, Dior, Dolce & Gabbana, Ermenegildo Zegna, Fendi, Hermès, Gucci及Louis Vuitton等, 打造成澳門最高級的購物商場之一。

設計出自名師Kohn Pedersen Fox手筆的壹號廣場位於美高梅金殿酒店及澳門永利度假酒店之間, 廣場臨湖而建, 是住宅「壹號湖畔」的基座商場。 顧客可以在商場飽覽南灣湖及旅游塔壯麗景致。 壹號廣場與美高梅金殿酒店相近, 美高梅金殿酒店在規劃時預留了三個通道位置接駁兩幢建築物, 這規劃可令顧客流暢地穿梭於兩個場館之間。
