City of Dreams’ August chef-of-the-month Chef Samuel is serving a summer special of sizzling steak surprises this August at Horizons.
‘Weekend Special dish
* A mouth-watering succulent 32oz Australian grain-fed prime rib. Cooked to your personal requirements, the prime rib is served with Lyonnaise potatoes, fresht seasonal vegetables, a delicious array of steak sauces and is topped with a full selection of Horizon’s own specialty mustards. The dish is big enough for two, available only on Friday and Saturday evenings (MOP$588, subject to a 10% service charge and only limited portions available)
The Summer Specials Menu
* Available throughout the week and weekends
* Delicious Horizons sliced prime beef salad, featuring fine slices of striploin, marinated with Horizons special dressing, together with smoked pepper espuma, cherry tomatoes and rockets (MOP$118, subject to a 10% service charge and only limited portions available).
* Delicious pan-seared Duck Foie Gras of fattened duck liver fried to perfection, with brioche toast, teriyaki glaze and poached rhubarb (MOP$128, subject to a 10% service charge and only limited portions available).
* ‘Pure Blue’ premium Australian Wagyu steaks - sample a mouth-watering 8oz Wagyu striploin (MOP$388) or a tender 8oz Wagyu ribeye (MOP$368), both subject to a 10% service charge and only limited portions available. Both dry-aged in-house, with a marble score of 7+, and served with potato puree, seasonal vegetables and a full selection of choice Horizon’s sauces and specialty mustards.
Horizons is located on Level Three of Crown Towers. The restuarant boasts a tantalizing menu based on Western favourites consisting of a seafood bar and fine selection of quality steaks, seafood and tapas.

* 香煎鴨肝 - 香煎鴨肝配以法式多士, 再伴以照燒汁連芋蓉, 供尊貴食客滋味細嚐(澳門幣$128, 另收百分之十服務費, 限量供應)
